Delicado pincho creado en 2008 en homenaje a una abuela y cocinera familiar. Consiste en una fina bechamel de lenguado, elaborada con mucha leche y poca harina, enriquecida con ajete fresco y gambas, todo ello envuelto en pasta filo. Un bocado suave que rinde tributo a la tradición culinaria familiar.
